Frequent Queries

Is there an induction for beginners?

Yes, everyone who signs up can book in for a 30 minute induction with a trainer. We will go through your specific goals, any limitations or injuries you may have and walk you through a programme that you can follow for up to 12 weeks.
Do you offer additional personal training?

Yes we have Personal Trainers on site that offer 1-to-1 training sessions for additional fee which can be discussed with them personally. All contact details are on the PT wall.
How do I book into fitness classes?

All of our classes require pre booking up to 48 hours in advance to ensure you get a space and to let our trainers now how many people to expect. You can click here to book in and select the desired class. If you can’t attend the class please be sure to cancel the booking to allow space for other members.
Do you have Free Parking on site?

Yes, our Galway and Mayo gyms both offer free parking for our members.

I've never taken a fitness class, will I be able?

Absolutely! We cater for everyone’s fitness ability and needs. We want you to join our classes to get fit, strong and healthy and most importantly to enjoy yourself in a fun environment with others. You work to your own ability in the class. As most of the classes pre-choreographed, the instructor will give options and choices for all levels.
Are there showers available?

Yes we have showers in all the changing rooms.
Is there somewhere safe for my valuables?

Yes we have individual lockers in all the changing rooms. You can purchase a lock at reception or bring your own.
What age do you have to be to join?

You must be over 16 years of age to use the gym.
